Basically ECIL is a PSU formed under agies of DAE, Govt. of India. The product range range is to meet the needs of nation, self sufficient in the field of electronics. The products are spread into 5 important fields like aerospace, defence, nuclear, security systems, Telecom. & e-governance sectors. It is a company of national importance. Dislikes

Lack of team work is a general fenomina of PSU. ECIL isn't exempt from the fact. Moreover the global economy, competens, government policies playing a key on growth of the organisation.

Work Details

Well.. My job is with little stress. It involves to handle procurement and stores, dealing with various contracts, manpower management, meeting the services at 5 major canteens in round the clock shifts and making food arrangements for 4000 persons.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Likes

ECIL provided me to interact with project directors of prestigious organisation. Also an excellent opportunity to work with them, and learn insights and hone your skills. The workshop workforce is very cooperative and talented.

Dislikes

Lack of sincerity towards vision, pessimistic approach for mission, and inability to encourage lead members, and their constant vindication.
