Being a Lala company, run by uncultured, ill-tempered and ill-mannered people. Very poor people skill of the HRD. Too much politics, groupism and biases. Anybody and everybody thinks they are eligible to give inputs to the creative team.

Work Details

Used to get working on new assignment at the last moment when everyone in the office was preparing to leave. Was working on multiple projects non-stop 24 hours a day. No leaves, no overtime, working on Saturdays & Sundays. Forget family life if you join

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
