Felt like a call center. In name of Client handling, as professionals our job was to connect client via cold calling.

There's nothing, literally nothing likeable about this company.

Dislikes

If a person is working somewhere s/he is an employee there but the TL of this department treats the employees like a slave. In normal companies the points discussed in the team meetings are about work or other policies but here the points of team meetings are: A) you are not allowed to go your other colleagues' desk even for a minute. B) you are not allowed to open chips packet on your desk. C) we seniors will decide when can you take lunch and with whom and there will be regular check up for how long have you gone out for lunch. D) you have to sir here for 9 hours and even if you're dying to eat or drink something, you are not allowed to step out of the office. E) we will decide if leave will be granted or no and even when you are on leave regular calls will be made to you asking when will you return. And for the salary they'll cut your salary every moment unnecessarily and when you follow up with the HR asking why has been salary cut they'll give you wrong reasons and reimburse in the next month. They pay less already and in that too they'll make sure full salary is not given to you. The seniors will sit and scroll reels for the whole day but the moment any junior picks up his phone they are told you will be kicked out of the office. Guys..i have a request please don't join these company, they literally take every single drop of your blood, if you are unemployed it is better than join these company, they make mandatory to work on even on sundays and no extra pay for working on holidays. And also they have overtime policy which starts ovetime after 10 hours of working..and overtime rate only Rs. 100 for completion of mandatory 1 hour. For example if you work 1 hour 59 minutes extra after completion of 10 working hours,they will pay you Rs. 100 only. Not just these, they have a policy of 8% deduction from salary which they pay you back after completion of 15 months, and they will pay only 4-5% only out of 8% and not just these they will not pay any interest nothing, even if you exit the company before 15 months they will digest your 8%. These company is like Star plus serial - top management have 3 persons - All are relatives and making fools to employees and their clients.
