Learn on your own, no one is going to teach you the process of the company or else the old employees who there from 4,5 years will going to tell director to remove you, even if your rating in task completion is higher than others. Promotion depends on, how much you gossip. I left my city to join this organisation. Worst decision ever of my life. Don’t waste your time and carrer over here.
