My work us to make team by Selling Company's Product, after that I have to teach them how to work! , it's a commission based system in which if u sell products is ratio then you get little bit of commission.

Good work environment and culture, Teammates are supportive and there ethics is really good. There is a hug cafeteria and going gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are was good, apparaisals are was fair and they give good income etc...

Dislikes

There was a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Icome Is decent but career growth is slow cause of there used to be a lot of time to join every new sales there.

Good, because i got to learn a lot there, which i could not learn in normal life because there, everything had to be done by itself such as inviration, presentation, feedback(follow-up) and trainings.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
