Work and personal Life was balanced. Fixed Salary part was credited on time.

Dislikes

Traveling expenses or claims were not paid on time ever. It was delayed upto 5 - 7 months. There was no employees skills development plan or workshops. MANAGEMENT or Reporting manager never ever discussed career glide path even on request also. Giving Fake commitments to clients. On of sudden laid off employees during lockdown MAY-JUNE 2020 WITHOUT PAYING PENDING CLAIMS OF 38000 APPROX. Not paying variables, employee has to struggle to get that....Read More
