Its decent school for students not for the teachers!

Dislikes

The workload is a lot and if you know a few things then all work will be given to you so better pretend to be unskilled as you will have no personal life and you will be taking most of the work home. There is no proper distribution of classes and work. The way management is terrible. No support ever provided to the teachers!

campus gives a positive feel. Balances work and life. Working Saturdays are half a day. Events are planned in advance. They provide transport to teachers as well.

Dislikes

Since the institution hire employees on contract basis, they sack you without notice without explanation and they execute it every year. Need to butter up the hierarchies or else you may be in the dismissal list. Some of the teachers are disrespectful towards the new joinee.

Best school I have ever worked during my teaching career. Supporting management, teaching and non teaching staff. Best Principal and Academic co-ordinator. Excellent hostel facility.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The management was good but once it was taken over by the universal group it was total chaos. No credit was given to th e old staff instead we were belittled as if we did not know how to do our duty. Total mismanagement with continuous change of HOS and Principal. The choice of head was an indication how little the new management knew about education. It has become nothing but a money minting machine with shoddy teachers who they get a dime a dozen. Teachers drop out like nine pins so finally children are the ultimate losers. You can make meaningful friendships as the faculty team is a set of good people. The students are all so lovely that you stay hooked to the school.

Dislikes

The pay is not encouraging at all and the appraisals are as good as nothing. There are 6 exams and 2 projects in one academic year, and you end up always making question papers or correcting answer scripts. The work is overwhelming.
