Work distribution is pathetic. If you work well, you'll be loaded with more work. And for those who don't work, they'll push their work onto you. Eaton management needs a lot of rethinking and really needs to bridge the gap between research and product teams. Senior management is too rigid. Culture is toxic. If you are not in the good books of local management, all the hard work is of no value. Working late is glorified. Promotions are given to those who are the favourites

Promotions did not happened on time ,frequently manager changes , leadership have growth but other people struggle due to frequent changes in managers. Alomost new year new manager , no skill development

They follow great system. For mechanical, electrical engineer it's lake of learning opportunities. In Eaton you can have many different functions so change is possible and given too. Here many people are since decades.

The most unethical company for employees. High beurocratic culture and high discrimination against male employees just to achieve gender diversity goals. No future for technical employees. Only highly political people can survive. The company seems to progress fast towards doom on productivity.
