It was a good company to work, but culture has changed a lot in last 2-3 years. Its now like a typical Indian Company culture... Not MNC... Thanks to leadership of Eaton India Engineering Centre, Pune... Third class people in leadership and their politics... you will not get growth unless you say "YES" to everything to Managers... Leadership focus on show off only... Not interested in growth of Company or employees except their own growth... Middle level management are puppet of leadership...
