They provided work from home facilities initially which was quite okay. After 1 months they released that they don't have sufficient funding for company employees so they started deducting salaries. After some time, they can't even manage salaries after deductions so they started laying off people.

Poor management, they keep giving warning if cutting salaries if you do a small mistake, poor infrastructure, bad tools without any product vision.

Work Details

It is okay during this pandemic as they had to give WFH , otherwise it's poor with late sitting in office seen as good. CEO keeps late evening meetings.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
