Definitely, Not a good choice for fresher's. Especially in Engineering department employees are Underpaid. No Scope for Skill development. They take undue advantage of freshers, they hire in the capacity of a contractor and keep on extending the contracts with NO RISE IN SALARY where one don't get the benefits to FTE like Leaves. Even during covid period, no refund is given for Wi-Fi, office furniture like other MNCs. VIP system in the payscale is mostly a bane to employees and it rarely becomes a boon. There is no recognition of the work done. No one-on-one reviews to see where we fit in the industry. Compensation and benefits are only limited to some categories of people where there will be nothing for the people who worked hard to get the work done. No challenging/innovative work. A lot of politics. No training on the new technology/soft skills. The company will not show any interest in taking up or providing learnings that will be good for development.
