The company has excellent work culture. If you are good at what you do your work is rewarded. Leadership is caring for employees.

Dislikes

If the company becomes more flexible with remote working option this would be a big factor for us to continue working here for long term, as in India this company is only located in Hyderabad so there is restriction on location. I sometimes feel we could get some perks.

The Work life balance is the first and foremost ,what an employee searches .In Eastman the experience i get is overall balanced and talking about management , its management is great , having events handled every second month is great .

Their is no facilities like bus services as other companies may provide .. hoping that the company will provide such services to their employee in years...

Very poor at employee benefits(i can say very very very very very poor) , other than work life balance everything has to improve like Travel , trainings, career growth.
