Eastman is one of the best companies I came across, Approachable center head, most important work life balance it good at Eastman, good in almost aspects. Really great place to work.

Dislikes

All good except carrier growth as of now and opportunities, as its started couple of years back still new projects are in transition phase as we see more process we might get opportunities for growth movement promotions, etc.

salary/appraisal need to structured on the employee experience basis which should be motivate the employee to work more for the business. otherwise company is very place to work i can recommend people to work here.

I like the work culture as its product based company no pressure on deadlines which enables developers to perform well. Employee safety is highest priority and love the fun and cultural events in the office.

Need to provide some basic needs Home Pick-up, Home drop, or atleast point pick-up Point drops should be provided also Internet charges, Yearly Goodies.

Working culture and environment ,flexible timings. If you are in current demanding role in market then you can settle here for few years. Good work life balance. Freshers get good CTC.

Dislikes

No office transport, No promotions(career progression), Very less learning, In few roles No learning, Company is not recommended for freshers as they can't learn apart from what polishing work they do. You get good CTC but your in-hand is very less compare to other organisations employees with same CTC. It is better to negotiate in-hand salary instead CTC in interview.
