multiple location with different work culture , taking decision for improvement is not possible there are plenty numbers of protocols for the approvals

if you want to join then forget about the term of "Respect to People" every day u have to hear the unexpected behavior of the top management they are quite rude to people , no free hand for working , management had no proper employee benefit policies, Dictatorship company, employee satisfaction completely nil

Job security is zero. Any day they can kicked you, if they want. Work culture not that much bad,it was average.management and company policies not up to mark.they did't give bonus.and no increment.
