Colleagues are very supportive and good in nature. It is so enjoyable to work with them. Alternate Saturday offs. Manager give some tasks to learn something but very limited. Polite. Good bonus but thats too a part of salary.

Dislikes

Restrictions on learning, so much of gossips, much more involved in personal life, some people have no manners to talk nicely as if being an old employee they find themselves as the owner of the company. Slow growth. Gratuity is included in CTC but not shown in salary slip.
