Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. Some butterers give bad report of sincere persons to MD. Immediately on the spot termination is done without informing employee and without salary of one month whereas one month salary is mentioned in appointment letter. No cooperation is there for new male staff.
