East india technology is very good company a lot for mechanical field a lot for shape moulding machine ,Utility ,boiler compressor,paking etc and company policies are very god they give good salary and bonus every year thanks

The seniors say a little less If you have to do Something you have to do it yourself

The job is quite intersting i strugglef a bit in the begining as there was no formal training session i learnt everything on the job i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of diffrent roles within the same team
