The supervision quality team floor support does not have ok knowledge of GDS and they don't teach you GDS in training period the training is just for 7 days the company doesn't have any written policy the supervision are not stable on their own words HR team not even bother to share the appointment to the agent

Nothing! Listed company with below average mindset of promoters. Operators like Lala company like paying salary whenever it feels like. Hire and fire people on their own and use their influence and give negative feedback to industry of a candidate so that no one can hire them, and practices remained not noticeable to travel trade.

Zero job security as you could asked to leave any moment as per liking of management, irrespective whether vertical is doing great. Have a strange work culture to hire experienced under paid staff and then fire them over a period of time without any reasons . Managment get maximum out of new joined than fire around 01 yrs time and re-hiring process starts again. Hence they are aways opening is this company.
