No senior, no hr of the company is good they always play politics against executives also No work life balance at all poor management, Hr will keep on deducting the salaries to make money any how n when escalated they never except their mistake and say you have received correct salary also so be careful about salary also they have created 3 months resignation policy for executives as well so that no any company gives 3 months time to join next organisation and employees will get abscond from current to join next and they can make money. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
