No senior, no hr of the company is good they always play politics against executives also No work life balance at all poor management, Hr will keep on deducting the salaries to make money any how n when escalated they never except their mistake and say you have received correct salary also so be careful about salary also they have created 3 months resignation policy for executives as well so that no any company gives 3 months time to join next organisation and employees will get abscond from current to join next and they can make money. I didn't like anything in the organisation.Management system was very poor. Even Hr and management side people have no sense how to treat other employees.If somebody asks for mail revert or any issues then they will say that we can't give reply to everyone.When a junior employee is sick and not able to join immediately then will forced you to resign from your job.Hr and management team will never respond for your issues or never sent a revert in mail. when I had resigned and asks for my Fnf then they called me and speak very rudely....Read More

There is no fix time for them they any time cancelled week off even there is only one week off in a week after giving PL they are asking for adjustment in coming week salary coming always late ...there is no social or personal life if you work with this company....it directly affect the health i think no-one want to destroy their health in return of just money...some times even i extend shift to 2-4 hours a day...they told you shifts are rotational but that was half truth they change and align shift according to their convenience.....there is no meaning to share anything with manager also they also give support to their tenured executives...Read More

Nothing! Listed company with below average mindset of promoters. Operators like Lala company like paying salary whenever it feels like. Hire and fire people on their own and use their influence and give negative feedback to industry of a candidate so that no one can hire them, and practices remained not noticeable to travel trade.

Zero job security as you could asked to leave any moment as per liking of management, irrespective whether vertical is doing great. Have a strange work culture to hire experienced under paid staff and then fire them over a period of time without any reasons . Managment get maximum out of new joined than fire around 01 yrs time and re-hiring process starts again. Hence they are aways opening is this company.
