Everything, firstly they lied about rotational shifts and only provide us with night shift, they primarily hires from campus since freshers doesn't know any better about this company, they don't give any holiday even if its Sunday or independence day and the break you needed for the meal, will also not be in your control TL will decide when he want to grant you Break, come to my story we travel 500 km to Delhi just for night shift only, we work there for one month afterwards suddenly an incident occurred in my hometown so I had to leave immediately(grandfather expired) I told them about the situation but they said come to the office come to the office, they literally don't care about anything they just want to exploit the freshers, afterwards I ask them for my January but they didn't release my salary even though I mail them 20, 30 times but no reply still they are holding my January salary with no valid reason, the only mail I get from them is that come to the office, toxic office,toxic company, toxic HR , and useless service, i would suggest the freshers to not opt for this company otherwise you'll regret it just like I did....Read More

Totally toxic environment. They treat their employees like a labour. Misbehave alot .. the supervisors and the manager of flight support is worst n worst... she's always be in a favour of supervisors. Office politics are very bad here .. !! Manager never listen to the advisors always be in a support of what supervisor tells her ..she need to treat everyone equal but never ever try to understand from what situation a advisor is suffering from . I never suggest anyone to work here ... I'm leaving this company only because of office politics..!! Even though they don't allow u to go washroom and if u take a brk without permission of the supervisor straight away they complaint to ur manager..and the manager ...I hv no words for her she's the worstest....Read More
