When E2M party it party hard. And throw good parties to employees.

Dislikes

1) There is nothing like work life balance in there. In core panel there are people who worked for 12 to 14hr a day and they expected same thing from everyone. 2) There is high level politics behind the door. If you do not have good relationship with some team's PM then you will get fired anytime without any prior notice. 3) You can not leave office premises on time. If you do then you are not good enough for company. No matter if you complete your task or what. And in appraisal time they will say "we expect more from you. And you should give your 200%. And work beyond your limits which will help you." 4) If you take any issues from team to HR they said change the team. And if you change the team then they will said you are not team player and put you in such conditions where you will resign from your side to sake of your mental peace. 5) There is nothing like job security here.
