E2Logy provides Job security, Better work culture compare to some mid range IT companies, Company policies all OK & Management is overall OK as Management doesn't even know who is working in there company there are known to numbers of employee.

Dislikes

Overall experience is OK. Career Growth may stop at some point you might be just working in 8 hour shift without motivation. Management(CEO) should take survey or take Part in employee work experience including managerial experience. For learning, ZERO. Appraisal is good totally based on company need only. For Innovation, ZERO aftersometime you will be working as donkey (like, go here, do this, do that, go there, I need this you should do). Teammates are good with helping nature, but some got pressure from managerial level (like, you should not help this person he will do on his own, ignore him, etc..etc..)...Read More

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
