Lots of internal politics, favouritism environment by manager's. Manager any time call you for work after your shifts timings, required allocation is not based your skills and capabilities they allocated first to their favourite employee than other.

Nothing. Most of Managers are not professional. They have been working for years and ask their employees to work on Rule of thumb. No independence of work. Partiality in behaviour also exists.
