Management tends to miss two sides of a story, especially in Business Development. The words of older employees are given more value than that of newer employees, even if they are not entirely true. Expectations out of a role are often unclear and employees are expected to figure out the puzzle. Groupism is quite evident and more often than not, employees are left out. They absolutely do not like change, prefer things to be the way they were. They really need to evaluate the intentions of older employees who only want to suppress new talent due to personal inferiority complex.
