Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, Employees can't get a opportunity for travel anywhere. My colleague are come from various culture background and we work happily in collaboration. There is no employee re-hire policy.

Compensation is decent, but company growth is good. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 13-14 hours straight in a day as I have to finish a quality related work within a day sometimes late into the night. Team incharge do not value an individual's unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestionsmost of the times. There is no on-job training for Freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes....Read More

My work is quality inspection like I operated Co-ordinate measuring Machine (CMM) and also other measuring instruments. I worked within company only, there is no option for travel.
