A small company with 6-8 employees. The Managing Director is a great cook. No proper time to leave the office. If you have good development skills you might get early increments and incentives. But the problem is..... they aleady knows how to cut down your salary. They always give unnecessary reasons for salary deduction. Please don't be a fool if you are a fresher seeking for experience.

Dislikes

This company has a Managing Director( salary 90,000/month) and his wife who is the Project Manager(50,000/month) of all the projects. They never gives the last month salary to their employees. In my case, it was two months with some silly excuses. They also deducts salary if you reach office late(amount could be more than 2000). Working hours could be 10-12 hours.
