Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Compulsary Overtime - if we failed to do overtime in one of our week off, then they are forcing to do work on next week off..... heard that for some employees they force to work on week off without payment. Compulsary shifts - Employee need to take morning or night shift in between. Bonds - 2 year bonds are there, need to pay huge amount to break it in between. Work overload - There will be work load everytime since most of the employees will be leaving company once 2 year bond time is over and they will recruit freshers and dump the work on them....Read More
