Being the head of Sales and Marketing and reporting to the Managing Director, Decision making was quick with empowerment, quick response to the market was seen which is rare in many organizations.

Dislikes

Portfolio is still small, needs to broaden the scope of products, should capitalize every individuals skill set across regions- for Eg- Indian employees should be utilized to help Asia region and vice versa if possible.
