Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

They didn't halp any way and I worked in the peek or covid I was his last employee in hardware department they didn't give me salary of jun and July .in July I worked more then 16 hours in a day . They did not provide any room for stay in covide period so I was stay in office .that our offise was in read alart zone .I didn't care and worked for company .
