I am working with this company from so long and in this lockdown also many emps are on bench still they are trying to manage the situation. Good work environment and teammates and Managements are supportive. Account section is very helpful and wil get every small detail as and when required.

Dislikes

I am not able to think anything but I can say for freshers they are having mocks and exams now and then which is actually good when you are learning new things but this will be fadeup for the experienced one. Working hours are Strict 😣

The Salary was given on time, even though it is less.

Dislikes

The company don't have any projects, They have given training for 3 to 6 months. After that, they send your profile to the client by adding some fake projects to your profile. You have to mention that you have worked on that project, in reality, we didn't work on any project. But we have to fake our experience in front of clients. If you got rejected up to 3 clients they put you in PIP. They didn't give appraisals on time. Variable pay also they didn't give properly....Read More
