You have Learning portal for all kinds of Technical and Non-Technical Training. Work environment is good. work-life-balance is good.

Dislikes

Less career growth No appraisal at all weather you have excellent ratings. No job security. Management expect you to work without a Hike. Fills positions based on requirement in team not on your skills.

The only good thing is it has some work life balance and cab facility..if we consider training ,job security ,career growth,appraisal,learning these are getting worse day by day due to poor management.

Dislikes

Nothing good in DXC.Previously it had good learning opportunities and facilities for employees that is why good technical persons were working over there but after merger this company has no proper policy set up. If someone has option other than DXC I would recommend to go for other option.

DXC recognise the personal life values, though it all varies from project to project, but In all the project I worked manager and my team lead were very supportive when I had to balance my personal and professional life. Job security wise I felt very secure in DXC ofcourse unless you are not delivering what is expected from you nobody will want you to go away....Read More

One advise to management take care of your inhouse employees who are actually giving you the business, If you are unable to recognise them for any reason than that's your fault.
