My first and best choice for work is DVM. Best principal and staff i found. Best surrounding. Infrastructure is also good

There is nothing I don't like but still there is one dislike that it is situated near railway track that causes disturbance during class if any train passes

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
