They give good compensation, but expect employees to work 24*7 for that compensation.

Employees are expected to be available 24*7 . Only the operations and BD team (so called revenue generators) are eligible for any benefits. Finance, IT, Admin and other departments are called "support functions". Support functions are always reminded by the Operations team that they get salary because operations team is working. In other words, operations team openly tells other departments "eating out of someone else's hardwork". The worst part is that the heads of Admin, IT and other departments preach their employees to bend in front of the "revenue generators". Secondly, this company looks down upon women employees.
