Nothing much to like but Managing Director is good person .

Dislikes

Worst working there, No job security, I'll not recommend anyone to join DURO, Specially in project sales, Manager ask for the live location daily. Too much sales pressure in project

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
