When I joined the company then the office culture was very good, slowly slowly every employee have been moved because of company made different work cultures and policies.

Dislikes

Last three years the company is not growing well, even they are not focusing the business. they are focusing to reduse the employee.

All the employee & CEO is always there for any help. Friendly Environment & no pressure at all.

There are no dislikes about this company, i have learn a lot here but only thing was I didn't get salary for last 10days of my notice period

It has been a great experience working for an emerging company. I learnt a lot and applied my previous experiences in the profile offered. Handled the tam well and grown as very close stakeholder of the firm.

Dislikes

There was nothing as disliking straight away. Still the company can improve its employee growth scope.

It was like feeling freedom to choose the work and for time. I used to decide my own targets ( as overall targets given by VP ) and achieved them on time.

Zero job security, Zero career growth, at the time of appraisal always gives excuse that company don't have fund. People are very political.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
