Lot of pressure was at the time of work. Instead of teaching other work like( calling for admission, calling for fees from students, students registration).

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

I struggled a bit in the beginning sa there was no formal training session.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The proprietary machinery is honestly cheat since the background of the owner is no better than the slum culture.

A prosperous college has been thrown in the dustbin by the entrepreneur while trying to diversify his business like opening TV channels etc. The college used to employ very learned teachers in the past but it started playing mischief by keeping mostly improper and inappropriately qualified teachers and started cheating the student community and the society as a whole.
