It's a Great place to work, moreover training, job security, lots of learning oppourtunity, work environment, work-life balance is just commandable.. Employee satisfaction,cheerful ambience, ontime salary, Growth oppourtunity. Management is very helpful and specially in covid situation it provides WFH facility & gives extra perks for internet usage.. Excellent work culture which is primarily employee focused.. Dislikes

Compensation is mostly based on year of experience and pay scale is also similar to IT service companies.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
