I didn't like anything about working at DTDC. Even I want a zero star option to rate DTDC.

Dislikes

First of all the culture of DTDC is worst. 2nd there are no times of working hours if you go office at morning 7 o clock you come to home 10pm . If you haven't any personal life then you can join DTDC if you have a personal life also you join DTDC you lossing it in few days.

I'm a employee this company. just one thing i really good this company, that is duty hours, 8hours duty hours. Apart from these, everything else is bad in this company...

1) No Clean Washroom Facilities, 2) All of us employee work in the dust, but no handwash given, However 20rs per month is deducted from the salary 3) Bad Incriment, maximum incriment amount is 300 4) Those who do the actual work i.e. those who do the actual operation stuff are not paid any price
