Safe environment for Female also. Job is secure in DTDC.

Dislikes

IN DTDC there is no culture of acknowledge best work of employees. They do not provide any certificate for best performer. There is no focus on motivation of employees.

Likes

Good work environment and culture all the teammates are supportive and company management is transparent company policy are also good appraisal are not fair as per my observation

Dislikes

There is a lots of policies in the company management properly address our issue

Work Details

The job is quite interesting i learnt everything on the job and huge experience and collect from others departments

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
