Nice experience over working with DTC Group. Best FNF in the market. Directors are humble. In house facilities very much appreciable. There are working pressure obviously. But for me that's positive point. For some it may me negative one. Incentives are on time.

Dislikes

LOP on off, and percentage of appraisal, should be takencare of.

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Being a new journey with Real estate industry DTC has given me an oppertunity to learn. Mostly i like all the recruiters who has given me chance to work after knowing that I'm from different industry. I appreciate my recruiters and operational team's support.

Nothing to dislike at all. Because to work with an organisation we need support which I'm getting from my team all the time. But I think the salary should be little bit high. Otherwise everything is very good. Being a fresher in real estate it has given a good environment to learn and work.
