Good organization if you are working for research part .. sales team is good but hectic schedule and too much pressure Targets are not that hard to do .. incentive is lower than average ..

I learnt Finance Basics from Mr. ****** Sir. If you are unknown with Stock Market, then he'll teach all the basics. Descipline. Incentives might be helpful if you are fresher.

No job security, dominating culture, if you join for perticular role they can change the role whenever they want.

Office politics. No training and high outcome expectations.

No work life balance. They say it's holiday for Saturday and Sunday, but always expect employee to come to office on Saturday though there is no work.
