No Boss Culture was there in the company. Everyone used to stand by with one another and used to work as a team. Company mainly believe in Leadership goal rather than a boss culture. Management were supportive before COVID-19 but circumstances changes during Lockdown.No salary hike and bonus over a year.

NO SALARY ON TIME.DELAYED BY 2 MONTHS EVEN BEFORE COVID 19. NO INCREMENT NO BONUS JUST WORK LIKE AN ROBOT. Even Company doesn't supported during covid 19 too. Employee was forced to travel regurlarly by their convinance even when there was a risk of Covid and even though trains was not Started and even company was not under essential services. NO TRAVELLING CONVEYANCE WAS GIVEN. NO CLEAR IDEA ABOUT THE SALARY ALSO DURING COVID 19. I WORKED WITHOUT SALARY FOR 3 MONTHS. COMPANY TOOKED ADVANTAGE OF COVID 19....Read More
