Company is good but depends on team for growth and opportunities. Specially cloud ops here is more about linux and AWS . Mostly script running tasks.

Dislikes

Work life balance in cloud ops team was difficult. Rotational shifts , even asked for night shifts .

Work Details

Work life is over all good except for shifts.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
