It's poor experience in the DRSIS. the learning process in DRS is almost negligible. There is no life to balance it instead it is good for the people who need only work without life( like a Machine). Compensation and benefits we shouldn't expect, we can get once in a while. Company culture is ok due to colleagues . Who cares about your job security over there. Opportunities only happens with management satisfaction employees....Read More

Dislikes

Mostly unethical in system and talk about the moral values. Most of the time they give machine culture as human robotics. Need to avoid such type of policy based and biased to some people
