It's poor experience in the DRSIS. the learning process in DRS is almost negligible. There is no life to balance it instead it is good for the people who need only work without life( like a Machine). Compensation and benefits we shouldn't expect, we can get once in a while. Company culture is ok due to colleagues. Who cares about your job security over there. The extent of passion that one has about teaching will be tested to the core.

Everything other than teaching. 1. No increments/ bonus if you just do your job. bonus will be given only if you are ready to do EVERYTHING that the management asks you to do. Especially if you are a young female. 2. The school is highly cautious about teachers forming groups and conversating as the management is afraid if they will get to know the truth (The management spies on every employee. They have technologies for that) 3. The director "Gaurav Muradia' who was then the principal when I was working knows black magic to a greater extent and uses it to control people in an unimaginably dangerous way to which I was a victim too. (He was then promoted as a director but at that time the teachers were so happy as they felt relieved but in that stage itself the new principal said 'NOTHING WILL CHANGE" so publicly that made all teachers mum. 4. There is no PF given to teachers atleast when I was working... If you are a residential teacher you have to work from morning 7 to evening 8 PM and half day on sunday. No work life balance at all. I dont know to what extent you will be able to understand black magic there but the unfortunate thing is the Agarwal group who is the actual management are also aware of all this but are still supporting the wrong doings. IF you dont have a job you can work somewhere else for even lesser salary but this school has to be avoided if you dont want to make your life miserable. The school is a good workplace. The infrastructure is excellent, management in very forward looking and encouraging. The colleagues are very cooperative. I have not observed too much politics, which is the sign of a good team.

Dislikes

The one thing that I'll say here is the working hours. I am in school from 7:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. and then again from 5:45 p.m. to 8:25 p.m.
