During the lockdown, the company has been able to provide the necessary support to the employees starting from the ground level. The company started with one metropolitan city starting from Bengaluru and now we are across India in almost 10 major cities and with the number of cloud cafes currently close to 130 and still expanding, and also with a brand rating 4.4/5 from both Swiggy and Zomato.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike at the organization level, with my unplanned daily routine work-life balance is not healthy in my current function and designation.

Work Details

My work as an Area Lead is slightly challenging as I have to look after almost 15 Stores, will have to look into the quality of the product, monitoring the inventory, training, and visiting the stores frequently to know things on the ground level.

Terrible- for all the platforms your personal number will be given and you will get calls from customers, delivery boys, online platform customer cares minimum 150-200 calls a days. From morning 7 AM to Still night 1AM.

Worst Toxic Work culture, no educated person can stay there

Dislikes

Everything, specially the management, it is worst than any local Lala company. Toxic environment, no sense of logic, and positivity here, the founder hates their employees and vice Versa, don’t even think of joining this org.
