Lot to learn as exposed to multiple clients and their requirements, multiple tools also used.

Dislikes

Work load is alot, sometimes weekends, even midnights, on holidays. Alot of work is dumped on one person alone, people work easily 10+ hours on weekdays. Poor work-life balance.

Poor Worklife Balance. No learning since mostly its labours job and you will be called post 6PM as well and can be expected to work till 5 AM in morning. Its a permanent remote role and no get together as well. Very low salary. No perks and benefits. Exploiting employees and upper management only enjoying. Low client base mostly banks and neobanks. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
