Freshers can learn about the product and improve the skills. No variable pay, only fixed pay.

Dislikes

Worst HR policy, Restricted festival and leave policy, Earned leave is eligible from 2nd year onwards. 1 year probation period, no hybrid work model, married women only can get the permanent wfh not for boys even hybrid work model. No other benefits to employees even compensation off or rewards. Nepotism in office

Team working in isolated manner. Work life balance is pathetic.

Hectic with absence of the team at critical times. Team members are over burdened with engagement in multiple project thereby loosing focus on deliver.
