Irritating life because of manager

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Nothing much. I started as a fresher from there and my manager that time was cool so it was fun to work there in beginning. Later things were not easy.

Dislikes

Job security is poor. Management is also not good. there is no career growth or anything like that.

Work Details

I was part of editorial team. I worked as Subject Matter Expert. I was responsible for different types of work such as content development, quality check and final submission.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

There is scope to learn new things by yourself.

Dislikes

No job security, management change their strategy once in a month. No training and no career growth for new employee.
